Main Duties of the Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily production workflows across print machines and manual sorting stations.
• Lead a small team responsible for manually sorting, packaging, and preparing printed documents.
• Ensure all jobs are completed accurately, on time, and meet quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for the Manager, communicating updates, reporting issues, and stepping in when needed.
• Train and support staff in operating equipment and adhering to safety procedures.
• Assist on machines when necessary, adapting to situational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
