Qualifications

• 3+ years in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and stock control processes.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure timely picking, loading and despatch.
• Supervise and support the warehouse team daily.
• Plan and organise workloads effectively.
• Maintain high picking accuracy and stock control.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and despatched on time.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Train, coach and develop warehouse staff.
• Support introduction of new processes and technology.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met.
• Resolve stock issues and non-conformances swiftly.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day warehouse operation and ensure high standards of safety, stock control, picking accuracy and customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys leading a team, improving processes and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring finished goods are accurately picked, loaded and despatched on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting the warehouse team daily.
• Planning and organising warehouse workloads.
• Maintaining high standards of picking accuracy and stock control.
• Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and despatched on time.
• Monitoring warehouse KPIs and driving performance improvements.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Using and maintaining accurate WMS data.Training, coaching and developing warehouse employees.
• Supporting the introduction of new warehouse processes and technology.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Resolving stock issues, picking errors and non-conformances quickly.
• Promoting a positive culture of continuous improvement.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of stock control, picking and despatch processes.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.A hands-on, organised and proactive approach.
• The ability to lead by example and drive improvements
• IOSH Managing Safely and relevant warehouse/supervisory qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
