Chase Taylor Recruitment are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise a team, plan workloads, and ensure accurate picking, despatch, and stock control while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and stock control processes.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure timely picking, loading and despatch.
• Supervise and support the warehouse team daily.
• Plan and organise workloads effectively.
• Maintain high picking accuracy and stock control.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and despatched on time.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Train, coach and develop warehouse staff.
• Support introduction of new processes and technology.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met.
• Resolve stock issues and non-conformances swiftly.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
