Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily outbound planning and lead a team to meet KPIs. You will own KPI reporting, drive process improvements, and ensure quality and safety compliance while solving delivery issues and building strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar logistics supervisory role.
• Aerospace or aircraft stores experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• IT proficiency and a data‑driven mindset.
• Enthusiastic about coaching and motivating teams.
• FAA‑approved ODA experience would be a significant advantage.
