Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will drive KPIs, optimise stock control, and uphold Health & Safety standards to protect staff and customers.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational supervisory/team leader role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control processes, and inventory management.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
