Job summary

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse & Storage Tutor/Trainer for the Stoke-on-Trent area. This full-time, permanent role requires delivering classroom-based and practical training in warehousing, storage, logistics and supply chain operations.

You will support learners undertaking Level 2 qualifications and related programmes, assess progress, give feedback, and help learners achieve within timescales while embedding English, Maths, digital skills and employability.

Qualifications

• Must hold a teaching or training qualification.
• Ideally have an assessor qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/D33) or be willing to work towards one.
• Preferably hold an FLT licence.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or assessment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions and practical training.
• Deliver Level 2 Warehouse and Storage qualifications and related programmes.
• Assess learners against qualification requirements through observations and portfolios.
• Provide feedback, coaching and support to achieve qualifications on time.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain records and learning plans.
• Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment where applicable.
• Embed English, Maths, digital skills and employability into delivery.
• Support learners with CVs, interview techniques and progression.
• Ensure activities meet quality and funding requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuing professional development.
