Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and logistics training is desirable.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons and assess learner progress.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Warehousing, Logistics and Employability training – Plan, prepare and deliver engaging warehousing, logistics and employability programmes that meet awarding body requirements, industry standards and college quality expectations.
• Assess and Support Learners – Conduct initial assessments, monitor progress, complete formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve their goals.
• Prepare Learners for Employment – Support adult, unemployed and NEET learners to develop the skills, knowledge and workplace behaviours needed for careers in the warehousing and logistics sector.
• Maintain Quality and Compliance – Complete learner documentation, ILPs, reviews, registers and awarding body paperwork while ensuring compliance with funding and quality requirements.
