KPI Recruiting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy Stoke-on-Trent warehouse. The role focuses on overseeing the Goods In function, supervising the team and coordinating deliveries and stock records.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, strong communication and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position runs on a 3-week rotating shift pattern with a temporary ongoing contract and a £14.00 hourly

• Ensure picking, packing and despatch operations are completed accurately and on time.

• Support customer collections and assist with queries relating to deliveries and shipments.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure goods are prepared for despatch.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory management.
• Provide cover and support for other supervisory and management duties when required.
• Act as a point of contact for warehouse management system queries.

Warehouse Supervisor

Location:Stoke-on-Trent

Hours:3-week rotating shift pattern

• Week 1:08.30 -17.30 Monday to Friday
• Week:10.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday
• Week 3:08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday and a Saturday 09.00 - 17.00

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Payrate:£14.00 per hour

The role:
We're currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse operation in Stoke-on-Trent, with a main focus on overseeing the Goods In function.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for supervising the team, coordinating incoming deliveries and ensuring stock is checked, accurately recorded and put away efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a busy warehouse environment.
