Job summary

Learning Curve Group is seeking an experienced Freelance Level 2 Warehousing Tutor to deliver the Step into Work package for adult learners in Newcastle. Role involves a blend of classroom delivery and tutor-led online learning, focusing on Level 2 Warehouse qualifications and health and safety within logistics.

Delivery will be site-based, with a minimum weekly delivery commitment and a flexible schedule to suit learner demand.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Warehousing and Storage.
• Unit 101 Health, Safety and Security in the facilities industry.
• Level 2 Award in Employee Rights and Responsibilities in the Logistics Industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face teaching sessions for Warehousing and Storage.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and promote learner engagement.
• Assess learner performance and provide underpinning knowledge for qualification requirements.
• Give timely, constructive feedback to support progression.
• Monitor learner progress and implement strategies to maximise achievement.
• Ensure compliance with awarding bodies and internal quality standards.
