Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Welham Green is seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock First Line Manager to lead stock operations, drive performance, and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will provide leadership, monitor stock accuracy, produce reports for senior management, and push continuous improvement using data. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential, with experience in JDA/WMS advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to lead stock operations, drive performance, and support a high-performing team within a fast-paced logistics environment. What You'll Be Doing As a Warehouse Stock First Line Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and productive operation by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the warehouse team.,

• Leading and supporting the warehouse stock team to achieve operational targets and service levels.
• Monitoring stock accuracy and inventory performance across the operation.
• Producing, analysing, and presenting reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring all activities are completed in line with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Supporting and coaching colleagues to deliver results and maintain high standards.
• Working with JDA systems and other warehouse management tools to manage stock and operational performance.
  We're looking for someone who can combine strong operational knowledge with excellent analytical and leadership skills.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Experience within a warehousing, logistics, or automated operations environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience producing reports and presenting information to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experience using JDA systems or other warehouse management systems would be advantageous.
