Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Stock Controller to join our established warehouse team. You will work alongside fellow Stock Controllers and the PI team to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound flow, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key duties include offsite storage receipt, PI cycle counts, daily/weekly reporting, warehouse layout reviews, and collaboration with colleagues to improve processes. A proactive, team-oriented approach will help us keep stock in good condition and meet KPI

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with cycle counts and PI counts.
• Ability to produce daily and weekly reports and work with a KPI-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Offsite storage receipt & re-checks, pick queries.
• Sin bin clearance and cyclical PI counts.
• Produce daily and weekly reports and support system maintenance.
• Take ownership of warehouse projects such as layout reviews and seasonal stock placement.
• Proactively implement process improvements and buddy new employees.
