Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are recruiting a Stock Controller to join our Sunderland site. The role provides general administrative support for stock control to ensure efficient service levels and accurate records.

You will work with the Stock and Administration Manager to improve warehouse efficiency, maintain stock accuracy, answer queries promptly, coordinate inventories, monitor shipments, and safeguard customer products.

Qualifications

• Stock management software proficiency as a Super User in JDA/Red Prairie.
• Previous stock controller or similar role experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Super User in JDA/Red Prairie/WMS systems.
• Ability to demonstrate and apply company values in the application process.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, attentiveness, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with WMS utilisation to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Evaluate stock control to maximise space and accuracy.
• Maintain client and SKU details to ensure accuracy.
• Answer queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for day-to-day stock control.
• Coordinate regular inventory audits and keep accurate records.
• Raise non-conformances and actions to maintain service levels.
• Monitor shipments and address delays promptly.
• Oversee storage of products to prevent damage.

Job description

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are looking to recruit a Stock Controller to join their team at their site in Sunderland. The role of the Stock Controller will be to provide general administrative support for the stock control of the warehouse to ensure effective and efficient service levels are being delivered and accurately maintained.

• Monday - Friday
• 40 hours per week

About The Job

• Assist with the full utilisation of the WMS systems by working closely with the Stock and Administration Manager and Warehouse Management team to improve work production and warehouse efficiency;
• Evaluate stock control to assist and maximise warehouse space usage and ensure stock accuracy;
• Maintain client and SKU details to ensure they are up to date and accurate;
• Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered;
• Communicate with the warehouse and other internal teams to ensure smooth day to day maintenance of stock control;
• Coordinate regular inventory audits and keep accurate inventory records;
• Raise non-conformances when necessary and deal with any actions required to maintain high customer service levels;
• Monitor shipments and address any delays in a timely and efficient manner;
• Oversee the storage of products to ensure no damage to customer product.

Your Knowledge And Experience

• Stock management software - Super User in JDA/Red prairie
• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, or similar role.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Super User in JDA/Red prairie/WMS system
