Job summary

You will lead operations, plan labour, and ensure safe, compliant practices while developing your team and driving improvements. Prior experience with WMS systems like JDA is valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics, retail, or e‑commerce.
• Experience managing teams and workflows.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., JDA).
• Committed to continuous improvement and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and workflow in a designated area within the warehouse.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed and standards met.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and guidance.
• Manage performance, disciplinary procedures, and attendance per company policy.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects and KPIs.
• Be accountable for team performance against KPIs such as productivity, accuracy and service levels.
