Uniserve in Northampton is seeking a proactive Warehouse Solutions Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve our warehouse systems and processes. You will support new warehouse implementations, configure and test systems, and provide ongoing WMS support to ensure smooth operations.

Working with Warehouse Operations, IT and external partners, you will translate operational requirements into practical system solutions and contribute to onboarding, testing and go-live activities.

Formación

• Essential: Warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience.
• Essential: Experience using warehouse systems (WMS) or similar software.
• Essential: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Essential: Strong problem-solving skills.
• Essential: Good communication skills.
• Essential: Able to work with different teams.
• Essential: Organised and detail-oriented.
• Desirable: Experience with system implementations or testing.
• Desirable: Knowledge of warehouse technology.
• Desirable: Experience creating process documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support new warehouse and customer implementations.
• Help configure, test and support warehouse systems.
• Provide day-to-day WMS support and resolve system issues.
• Manage support tickets and work with IT to find solutions.
• Create and update process documentation and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Support testing, training and system rollouts.
• Work closely with warehouse, IT and external partners.
