Job summary

Deta Electrical is seeking a Warehouse Transformation & Improvement Analyst to drive analytical insight, project leadership, and changes across warehousing and distribution operations. The role supports the assessment, selection and implementation of a future Warehouse Management System (WMS) and coordinates requirements, testing and readiness activities.

You will manage improvement streams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure safe, efficient changes while sustaining performance

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with experience in walkthroughs, requirements gathering, process mapping, and data review.
• Formal qualification or training in business analysis, project management, change management, Lean or continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering continuous improvement using structured problem solving and data to drive measurable gains.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed walkthroughs of warehouse and light manufacturing processes to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data to identify waste, labour and cost efficiency improvements and translate into actionable changes.
• Map current state processes and support design of improved future state workflows.
• Maintain a prioritised pipeline of improvement initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Develop clear recommendations and embed standard ways of working and continuous improvement culture.
