Uniserve is seeking a proactive Warehouse Solutions Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve our warehouse systems and processes in the UK. You will support new warehouse and client implementations, system configuration, onboarding, testing and go-live support, collaborating with Warehouse Operations, IT and external providers.

You will provide day-to-day WMS support, investigate issues, manage tickets, and help teams use systems effectively while focusing on data quality,

Formación

• Experience within a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, systems or operational environment.
• A strong understanding of warehouse processes and operations.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System or similar operational platform.
• Experience supporting system implementations, onboarding or operational change.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and onboarding of new warehouses, customers, sites and operational processes.
• Work with operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system and process solutions.
• Assist with WMS configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including identifying defects and helping progress them through to resolution.
• Provide day-to-day support for the WMS and other key warehouse platforms.
• Investigate system and process issues, manage support tickets and keep stakeholders updated.
• Work with IT teams, software providers and external vendors to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process maps, system documentation and user guides.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve system usability, data quality and warehouse performance.
• Communicate system changes and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Support workshops, requirements sessions, testing activity and implementation meetings.
• Ensure system and process changes are properly tested, documented and communicated.
