Uniserve in Northampton is seeking a proactive Warehouse Solutions Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve our warehouse systems and processes. You will support new warehouse implementations, configure and test systems, and provide ongoing WMS support to ensure smooth operations.

Working with Warehouse Operations, IT and external partners, you will translate operational requirements into practical system solutions and contribute to onboarding, testing and go-live activities.

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Warehouse Solutions Analyst to support the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of our warehouse systems and processes.

You will play an important role in new warehouse and customer implementations, system configuration, operational onboarding, testing and go‑live support. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Process Management, IT and external technology providers, you will help turn operational requirements into practical system and process solutions.

Alongside project activity, you will provide day‑to‑day support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational platforms, investigating issues, progressing support tickets and helping warehouse teams use systems and processes effectively.
