Uniserve in Felixstowe is seeking a proactive Warehouse Solutions Analyst to design, implement and improve warehouse systems and processes. You will support new warehouse and customer implementations, system configuration, onboarding, testing and go-live, collaborating with Operations, IT and external providers.

You will also provide day-to-day support for the WMS and other platforms, investigate issues, progress tickets and help teams use systems effectively.

Formación

• Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• Experience supporting system implementations or onboarding.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical system solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and onboarding of new warehouses, customers, sites and operational processes.
• Work with operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system and process solutions.
• Assist with WMS configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including identifying defects and helping progress them through to resolution.
• Provide day-to-day support for the WMS and other key warehouse platforms.
• Investigate system and process issues, manage support tickets and keep stakeholders updated.
• Work with IT teams, software providers and external vendors to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process maps, system documentation and user guides.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve system usability, data quality and warehouse performance.
• Communicate system changes and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Support workshops, requirements sessions, testing activity and implementation meetings.
• Ensure system and process changes are properly tested, documented and communicated.
