Job summary

Uniserve is seeking two Warehouse Supervisors to lead staff and daily operations in Felixstowe. You will ensure activities are carried out safely and efficiently, meet customer requirements and achieve operational targets.

You will provide real-time feedback, keep accurate records and help maintain a positive, productive workplace while upholding company standards and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to provide clear feedback and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and work activities
• Ensuring employees understand daily roles and receive clear instructions
• Carrying out the day plan, including resource allocation and customer requirements
• Reporting progress, delays and problems to the Shift Manager
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy working environment
• Keeping accurate records
• Providing reports and activity updates to Shift Managers

Shift pattern: Sunday 8am to 2pm and Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm
