Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring for a shift supervisor role at Magna Park North in Lutterworth. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coach the team, plan staffing, and monitor KPIs to ensure safety, quality, and on-time dispatch.

You will bring several years of shift management experience in a fast-paced 3PL setting, strong WMS knowledge, and proven leadership to drive improvements and cost control.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in shift management or supervision within a fast-paced 3PL warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), workforce planning, and operational KPI tracking.
• Proven team leadership skills with a track record of coaching employees and building strong team engagement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to resolve operational challenges under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations: Oversee daily warehouse processes including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet service levels.
• Develop operational teams: Coach, mentor, and build an engaged, high-performing workforce focused on safety and quality.
• Manage resources and performance: Plan daily staffing, track key operational KPIs, and manage shift costs to meet demand.
• Maintain safety and compliance: Conduct workplace inspections and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
• Drive operational efficiency: Resolve daily process bottlenecks and implement practical continuous improvement initiatives.
