Job summary

Culina Group's iForce Bardon site in Leicestershire is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor. You will supervise daily warehouse operations on rotating shifts, leading a team to maintain productivity, service and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Salary £31,000 per annum plus overtime, full-time and permanent. You will manage stock control, KPIs, safety, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across two sites.

Qualifications

• Experience using WMS and MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage teams and supervise shifts.
• Track record of meeting KPIs in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations across shifts and meet productivity targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members and Team Leaders.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Plan daily shift briefings and communicate priorities.
• Monitor shift KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee stock control, cycle counts and inventory accuracy across two sites.
• Coordinate labour resources to meet demand and maintain service levels.
• Support training, development and performance management.
• Ensure WMS transactions and inventory records are accurate.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve escalations.
