Job summary

Dr. Martens UK Distribution Centre in Raunds, near Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, is recruiting a Shift Supervisor to lead the shift in the absence of the Shift Manager, ensuring smooth operations and high service levels.

You will supervise Warehouse Operatives and agency staff, monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and guarantee on-time, in-full order fulfilment across all channels, using the Shift Planner to prioritise work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable warehouse supervisor role handling end-to-end processes.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Proactive mindset with a positive approach to change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse software (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy a team of Warehouse Operatives and Agency staff, ensuring high standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to drive team development and performance.
• Ensure efficient, timely fulfilment of orders across channels using the Shift Planner.
• Oversee dispatch to achieve On Time, In Full delivery every time.
