Our client, a leading FMCG Distributor, is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager to manage the busy operation at their site in Northamptonshire, on either a 4 on / 4 off basis or Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day warehouse operation to meet agreed KPIs.
• Deploy and lead a team of approximately 25 FTEs to drive operational efficiencies, service excellence and productivity.
• Demonstrate expected people‑leader behaviours and standards.
• Collaborate with other depots to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Lead the team through change, promoting positive outcomes and adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
