Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience working in a 3PL or retail brand DC environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy a team of Warehouse Operatives.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders across all channels.
• Oversee dispatch of completed orders.
