Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is building a new start-up operation in Derby and is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a high-performing, safety-focused team. You will shape culture, drive performance, and coordinate across warehousing and logistics functions to deliver outstanding service.

The role demands prior leadership experience in operational settings and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Pay Rate: £37,000-£38,000 (dependent on experience)

Grade: RSC M

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Rotational across earlies & lates any 5 days from 7

Location: Derby - DE21 7HW
