Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Derby is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead a brand-new start-up operation, shaping a high-performing team from day one. You will drive world-class service and safety across rotating shifts in a growing warehouse environment.

The role requires managing warehousing and logistics teams, developing strategic plans, and embedding accountability and continuous improvement across early, late, and night rotations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing teams within a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or operational environment.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that support operational and business objectives.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results and getting things right first time.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive operational standards.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Rotational across earlies/lates & nights any 5 days from 7
