Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Exeter is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and drive performance across the team. You will supervise staff, streamline processes, and implement improvements to boost productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong logistics knowledge, strategic thinking, and exemplary leadership with clear communication. 40 hours per week; permanent contract; on-site at Exeter.

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday: Week 1 7.00-15.30 Week 2 9.30 - 18.00
Location: Exeter EX1 3QN
