Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bury is seeking a Warehouse Shift Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You will drive performance, foster safety, and deliver exceptional results through hands-on leadership and people development.

The role focuses on coaching managers, improving efficiency, and building a high-performing culture that exceeds customer expectations. This is a permanent, full-time position in a dynamic logistics environment.
