You will empower your team to maintain exceptional quality standards while optimising shift productivity and driving continuous operational improvements.

By balancing hands-on leadership with strategic resource planning, you will help ensure the operational engine runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently

Qualifications

• Several years' shift management or supervision experience in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, workforce planning, and KPI tracking.
• Proven leadership with coaching and team engagement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations for warehouse processes and dispatch.
• Coach and develop a high-performing, safety-focused team.
• Plan staffing, monitor KPIs, and manage shift costs.
• Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are followed.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
