Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team at Langland’s Park, East Kilbride. You will coach, motivate and engage staff to create a high-performing culture on the late shift.

You’ll work the late shift 13:30 to 22:30, 5 days from 7, with a salary up to £40,675.50 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical and dental, life assurance and other well-being programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement projects with strong planning.
• Excellent communication and on-site engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities on shift to achieve the work plan on time and within budget and KPIs.
• Coach and motivate the team to drive high performance and engagement.
• Manage warehouse training requirements and function.
• Review shift performance and identify improvements.
