Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager in Bellshill to lead daily warehouse and transport operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team. The role requires ensuring targets and service levels are met while maintaining strong customer relationships and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational environment.
• Demonstrable experience leading and developing a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organised with an attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation to meet daily targets and weekly KPIs, delivering efficient customer service.
• Line-manage warehouse staff, drivers and operators, ensuring training and compliance.
• Liaise with other departments to manage customer relationships and communicate issues promptly.
• Promote health and safety practices and challenge underperformance; input data for reports.
