GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager for the Scotland Gateway site at Bellshill. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a salary up to £35,000 per annum and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

• Lead the day-to-day operation and motivate the team to meet daily targets and weekly KPIs.
• Line manage warehouse and transport Operators and Drivers, ensuring training and compliance.
• Liaise with other departments to manage customer relationships and communicate issues promptly.
• Promote health, safety and environmental practices and address underperformance.
• Collect and input data for various operational reports.
