Job summary

GXO Logistics in Mossend, Scotland is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead a night-shift team in a fast-paced warehouse operation. You will be responsible for productivity, quality, safety and customer service, working closely with the Warehouse and Transport Manager to ensure smooth running and high standards.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £34,500 per year, 33 days’ annual leave and a strong benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance,

• Proven ability to drive performance and coach staff.
• Strong communication across all levels of the business.
