Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Administrator for Langlands Park, East Kilbride. The role supports warehouse operations by handling administrative tasks and using warehouse systems to keep the operation running smoothly.

This weekend-only shift (Saturday and Sunday, 06:00–14:00) offers flexible hours and competitive pay with a base hourly rate of £15.92. Additional night uplift (£2.68) applies for off-peak hours as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative function within logistics is essential.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and meet deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Good organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site processes and procedures are followed and anomalies recorded.
• Maintain both paper and computerised filing systems accurately.
• Provide high-quality service by producing accurate documentation promptly.
• Work independently and as part of a team, using initiative where required.
• Demonstrate commitment to development, improving efficiency and productivity.
