Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Lutterworth is seeking a Shift Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, lead Team Leaders, and drive performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction on a 4 on 4 off shift (06:00–18:00).

• Lead warehouse operations to meet daily objectives and service levels.
• Plan labour requirements, manage holidays, sickness, and volumes.
