You’ll plan labour, monitor real-time metrics, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with internal teams and customers to meet service levels and KPIs during the 4-on, 4-off 06:00–18:00 shift.

Here, at GXO, we're looking for a Shift Manager to join our Primark operation in Lutterworth on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring customer expectations, service levels, and operational targets are consistently achieved. You'll lead through your Team Leaders, driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement across the shift while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, 9-month fixed term contract working on a 4 on and 4 off shift from 06:00 to 18:00.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,500.00 per annum, and 264 hours annual leave (including bank holidays).
