Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shift Manager in a large, fast-paced warehouse.
• Competent user of Warehouse Management Systems; JDA/Red Prairie experience advantageous.
• Ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation while managing competing priorities.
• Strong people skills with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for day-to-day warehouse running on your shift.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure health & safety processes are followed and risks escalated appropriately.
• Communicate with senior management and provide updates and insights.
