Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Lisburn, BT28, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead a team of Supervisors and Operatives, delivering against KPI targets and fostering a positive working culture. This full-time, rotating eight-week shift pattern includes days, nights and weekends, with a break and a salary of up to £40,000, plus pension, life assurance and employee discounts.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will drive recruitment, training and performance management while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and logistics/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of shift KPIs and operational processes.
• Ability to delegate tasks to maintain high performance.
• Experience fostering employee engagement in diverse teams.
• Excellent English communication and IT literacy (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, training, performance management, disciplinary actions, and safety investigations for teams.
• Manage all operational departmental activities to meet customer KPIs.
• Increase productivity and profitability within area of responsibility.
• Oversee all warehousing processes and activities.
• Build a high-performance culture with targets, feedback, coaching, and recognition.
