Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Returns & Support Coordinator in Thatcham. The role combines returns administration, stock control, customer support and warehouse duties, with training and progression opportunities into technical support, diagnostics and product repairs.

The position is a Monday-Friday role based in Thatcham, offering long-term development and the chance to grow within a growing business. Salary is £26,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in returns, stock control, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong customer service and email communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
• Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxed products when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the returns process from receipt through to replacement.
• Respond to retailer enquiries regarding returns, spare parts and orders.
• Process spare parts orders, including picking, packing and dispatch.
• Assess returned stock and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock checks.
• Process stock movements within SAP.
