Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Returns & Support Coordinator for a site in Thatcham. The role mixes returns administration, stock control, customer support and warehouse duties, with full training provided and opportunities to progress into technical areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in returns, stock control, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong customer service and email communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
• Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxed products when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the returns process from receipt through to replacement.
• Respond to retailer enquiries regarding returns, spare parts and orders.
• Process spare parts orders, including picking, packing and dispatch.
• Assess returned stock and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock checks.
• Process stock movements within SAP.
• Provide basic product troubleshooting support following training.
