Job summary

Absolute Health Care is seeking Returns Processing Operatives to join a busy Fulfilment Distribution Centre in Crewe. The role emphasises inspecting returned items, logging them into the system, and sorting into reusable stock, damaged goods, or items requiring repair or recycling.

Candidates should be physically fit with attention to detail and able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and shifts run Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to lift and stand for long periods; good physical fitness required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect returned items to check their condition and reason for return.
• Log returned products into internal database and warehouse management software.
• Categorise items into reusable stock, damaged goods, or items needing repair or recycling.
• Liaise with customer service or clients regarding warranties, replacements, and refunds when needed.
