Job summary

We are recruiting for a Returns & Support Coordinator to join a growing business based in Thatcham. This is a varied role combining returns administration, stock control, customer support and warehouse duties.

This position offers excellent long-term development opportunities, with full training provided and the opportunity to progress into technical support, diagnostics and product repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the returns process from receipt through to replacement.
• Respond to retailer enquiries regarding returns, spare parts and orders.
• Process spare parts orders, including picking, packing and dispatch.
• Assess returned stock and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock checks.
• Process stock movements within SAP.
• Provide basic product troubleshooting support following training.

About You

• Experience in returns, stock control, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong customer service and email communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
• Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxed products when required.

Desirable

• SAP or stock management system experience.
• Mechanical, electronics or technical experience.
