Job summary

Restore Plc is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Swadlincote (DE11 0WU) to join our Physical Services team. You will support safe handling, tracking, and processing of important customer records, maintaining high accuracy, confidentiality, and data security.

The role requires lifting up to 10kg daily, ability to stand for long periods, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse. Start a career with Restore Information Management and contribute to a trusted service for our 6,300+ customers.

Qualifications

• Willingness to support other operational teams with data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately.
• Positive team player who can also work independently and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
• Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
• Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
• Support operational targets and service delivery.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure safety.
