Job summary

Restore Information Management in Swadlincote is seeking a Service Delivery Operative to join our Physical Services team. You will help protect and index customer records, ensure accurate paperwork and support secure handling of documents.

This is a full‑time permanent role with rotating shifts 6pm–6am, 38.5 hours per month, and a night rate of £1.75 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00. We offer a range of benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Foster teamwork and be able to work independently.
• Accurate data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks.
• Comfort with a fast-paced warehouse environment and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
• Utilise Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
• Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
• Support operational targets and service delivery.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
