Restore Information Management is seeking a Warehouse Operative/Driver in Tewkesbury to support safe handling, tracking and processing of customer records. You will work within the Physical Services team to maintain accuracy, confidentiality and data security while following established procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to work as part of a team in a hands-on environment. Permament contract, 8:00am-4:30pm (occasional 11:30am-8:00pm), £12.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Data entry, scanning and indexing tasks essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow procedures.
• Good attention to detail and data security.
• Basic computer and communication skills required (essential).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg (essential).

Responsabilités

• Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with procedures.
• Use Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files and documents in warehouse locations.
• Handle archive boxes and materials with safe practices and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
• Support operational targets and service delivery.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
