Job summary

Restore plc in Swadlincote is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operative to support the safe handling, tracking and processing of important customer records. You will work within our Physical Services team to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and data security in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting up to 10kg daily, data entry and indexing tasks, and the ability to follow procedures with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform data entry, scanning, and indexing tasks accurately.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg.
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with procedures.
• Utilise Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated locations.
• Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
• Support operational targets and service delivery.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure safety.
