Job summary

Evri Premium seeks an experienced Process Manager for the night shift in Coventry. You will lead a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure parcels move safely and efficiently, meeting service and productivity targets.

The role balances people, performance, cost and service in a fast-paced environment, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and a salary of £42,012.65 plus benefits. Monday–Friday, 18:30–04:30."

Winner Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, Evri, for an experienced Process Manager to lead their night operation in Coventry.

About the role

Evri Premium is looking for a hands-on operational leader to take ownership of performance across the night shift. Working through your Supervisors and Team Leaders, you'll make sure the right people are in the right place, parcels are moving safely and efficiently, and service and productivity targets are met.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll balance people, performance, cost and service, responding quickly to changing volumes and operational demands.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation across the night shift
• Managing and developing Supervisors and Team Leaders
• Planning resources against forecast volumes and operational requirements
• Monitoring productivity, performance, costs and operational KPIs
• Ensuring service levels are achieved while maintaining high operational standards
• Identifying issues quickly and implementing effective solutions
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance
• Supporting peak planning and changes in volume and demand
• Driving continuous improvement across processes, productivity and ways of working
• Working closely with other operational teams and stakeholders across the business

About you

• Proven experience managing within a busy warehouse, logistics, parcel or distribution environment
• Confident leading teams through other operational leaders
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to understand performance and drive decisions
• Skilled at managing resources effectively against changing operational demands
• A visible, engaging leader who gets the best from its team while maintaining high standards of safety, service and performance
