Pattern’s UK Warehouse in Northampton is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while aligning with Pattern’s growth and customer service goals.

You will drive operational excellence, manage a high-performing team, and maintain cost-effective processes with a strong focus on WMS, lean practices, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain with full site P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Full site management of UK warehouse operations.
• Schedule goods receipts and processing volumes.
• Lead a dynamic team and manage staffing to meet demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage consumables.
• Set and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Merchandising for forecasted volumes and priorities.
