Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an experienced SOP Manager to develop, maintain, and oversee Standard Operating Procedures across the Commercial department. The role ensures efficiency, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Based in Wolverhampton, you will drive cross-functional SOP alignment across the business. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in SOP management or process improvement, strong communication skills, and a solid track record in project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in SOP management, compliance or process improvement.
• Communication Skills – strong written and verbal skills for documentation and training.
• Analytical Thinking – ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Project Management – skilled in managing multiple SOP projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• SOP Development & Maintenance: Create, update, and standardize SOPs across departments.
• Training & Implementation: Conduct training sessions for staff on new or revised SOPs.
• Audit & Compliance: Perform regular audits to ensure SOP compliance.
• Documentation & Version Control: Maintain a centralized repository of all SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments within commercial function to align SOPs with organizational needs.
