Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a People Partner to join the Warehouse leadership team. You will report to the Head of People Performance and partner with the Group Head of Logistics to drive people solutions and change across the warehouse.

The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, managing employee relations, and building capability in managers while aligning with our values and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Diverse HR expertise in large, complex warehouse environments.
• Proven track record in partnering roles and employee relations.
• Experience with change initiatives, talent management and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute a people plan for the warehouse aligned to People strategy.
• Lead employee relations, coaching managers, and driving performance.
• Develop people-focused solutions and embed them across the team.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and the wider People team.
• Advocate the company purpose and principles in daily practice.
